Microsoft’s July 2017 service update brings the arrival of Dynamics 365 on-premises, which offers new capabilities and licensing options for customers. The Dynamics 365 on-premise solution provide purpose-built applications for managing specific business functions, which include Dynamics 365 for Sales (On-Premises), Dynamics 365 for Customer Service (On-Premises), Dynamics 365 for Field Service (On-premises) and Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (On-premises).
New to the July 2017 Dynamics 365 is the ability for a CFO or accounting manager full visibility of their business within the CFO Overview workspace. This is one of the richest workspaces including common KPI’s and embedded analytics showcasing financials, purchasing, sales and cash flow data. This new feature allows a CFO the ability to look-up any needed KPI’s, down to the lowest level of detail.
