SAGlobal takes consulting firm “live” on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012
SAGlobal is proud to announce another customer go-live on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012. This client is a global leader in providing technology-driven legal solutions and services such as eDiscovery, document review, research, and law firm support to the world’s leading law firms and corporate legal departments at Fortune 500 organizations.
Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 is a comprehensive ERP software platform that helps professional services organizations manage their finances, projects, clients, and resources all within a single, easy-to-use business system. In addition to the standard Services Industry functionality delivered by Microsoft, SAGlobal has extended the native capabilities of Dynamics AX with our ProjAX (now known as Projects+) 2012 industry solution to provide best-in-class professional services automation functionality to our clients.
SAGlobal helped our client implement Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 as their core financial management and project accounting system, replacing several disconnected systems and manual processes with an integrated business system. Dynamics AX is now used as the organization’s accounting system, project management system, and time and expense management system.
SAGlobal/span>’s consulting team worked with our client’s internal project team to define the organization’s business requirements, design their new business processes and organizational standards, configure Dynamics AX to address their requirements, provide training to key users at the organization, and assist with testing, go-live cutover, and other project-related activities.
