Transform your Human Capital Management and deliver high-impact, sustainable results.
Attract the right talent, help your team succeed.
As someone in HR, you know that the role of Human Resource has changed in today’s digital workplace. Gone are the days of finding the right job candidate with that certain set of skills and experience – today, it is about finding the right experience, skills AND the right fit for the company culture. HR is no longer a department that functions in a transactional manner. Today’s HR business unit needs to align with the business imperatives and deliver innovative talent solutions.

A guide for aligning Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (AX) and Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (CRM) consultants with terminology
What does “Customize” mean: You say tomato, I say tomahto:
Now that Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (AX) and Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (CRM) are together and part of the Dynamics 365 offering, there is a marriage of two very different applications with different architectures, developer tools, and most importantly, TERMINOLOGY. This post is aimed at helping define some of the key, differing terminologies from a Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (CRM) Consultant’s perspective. I hope to help in relaxing some Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (AX) consultants perception of customizing the application and also prepare Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement (CRM) consultants to define terms before proposing any custom developments.
