SAGlobal Brings Chemonics Live as Early Adopter of New Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent Solution

SAGlobal is very excited to announce that we have successfully brought our client, Chemonics, live on the new Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Talent application! This successful implementation was profiled by Chemonics Executive Vice President, Eric Reading, at the recent Microsoft Business Forward event in New York City, headlined by Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella.

If you’re not familiar with Dynamics 365 for Talent, this is a new SaaS cloud-based Human Capital Management solution that is part of Microsoft’s Dynamics 365 solution, a next generation suite of intelligent cloud-based business applications. Dynamics 365 for Talent helps organizations strategically attain, empower, and optimize their talent. The solution leverages integration with LinkedIn Talent Solutions to help employers build compelling brands, post job openings, and streamline the process of finding qualified applicants. By integrating candidates from LinkedIn and other applicant tracking systems (ATS) into Dynamics 365 for Talent, recruiters and hiring managers can accelerate the candidate interviewing and hiring process. And by offering personalized onboarding experiences, organizations can ensure that new employees are acclimated, connected, and productive as quickly as possible.

Microsoft approached SAGlobal and Chemonics about implementing the new Dynamics 365 for Talent solution as an early adopter prior to the new application being publicly announced. This early adopter program helped Chemonics gain early insight on the new tool, while providing Microsoft’s R&D team with valuable feedback to help optimize the solution. Chemonics was the first organization to go “live” on the new solution.
