SAGlobal to Implement Microsoft Dynamics AX for Global Software and Services Firm
SAGlobal is excited to welcome another new Microsoft Dynamics AX client to our family. This organization is a global provider of contact center software and services that has a presence in over 20 countries around the world. They chose Dynamics AX over Oracle E-business Suite and NetSuite, who were the other finalists.
The solution that we’ll be implementing is based on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2, and will be used for Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, and their Contract-to-Cash process. We’ll also be implementing the Revenue Management solution for Dynamics AX from Armanino, which provides the framework for managing the complex revenue recognition requirements that are seen in the software industry. As a software company, this organization has complex requirements around managing revenue recognition for multi-element contracts that can include software, hardware, maintenance contracts, training, and subscription billings.
Our goals in helping them implement Microsoft Dynamics AX include increasing operational efficiencies by reducing manual processes and better integrating their core business applications, implementing a series of business controls to help them meet their compliance requirements, and providing a platform to support the organization’s continued growth and expansion.
