SAGlobal Releases ProjAX (now known as Projects+) Industry Solution for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3
SAGlobal is happy to announce that we have launched our ProjAX (now known as Projects+) 2012 industry solution for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3. Our latest update of ProjAX (now known as Projects+) 2012 now natively supports the core functionality delivered by Microsoft in the Service Industries solution of Dynamics AX 2012 R3, which was released May 1st. Our clients will have access to the latest update of this solution immediately.
Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 is the latest release of Microsoft’s flagship ERP software solution. The R3 release of the Dynamics AX 2012 Service Industries solution provides a number of new capabilities that professional services organizations can take advantage of. This includes improvements in inter-company project accounting, project billing, revenue recognition, and project budgeting, as well updates to the mobile apps for timesheets, expense processing and workflow approvals. Microsoft has also rolled out additional capabilities in its Lifecycle Services implementation and support platform, as well as adding support to run Dynamics AX 2012 R3 on Microsoft’s Azure platform in the cloud. ProjAX (now known as Projects+) 2012 provides critical functionality for professional services firms that help them manage their projects and resources more efficiently. This includes an advanced project estimating module, a role-based pricing and resourcing paradigm, PTO handling, advanced utilization setup and analysis, new reporting and business intelligence tools, and many other features including improvements to a number of key processes such as the client billing process.
With this updated release, ProjAX (now known as Projects+) 2012 is now compatible with the changes introduced by Microsoft in the release of Dynamics AX 2012 R3.
